Experience Makes the Difference

乔恩·索伦森 grew up on a farm outside Waverly. When it came time to decide on college, Hawkeye's Ag 业务 Management program just made sense. Taking classes at Hawkeye allowed Jon to continue to 工作 on the family farm, where he was able to put into practice what he was learning on campus and at Hawkeye's 农场的实验室. "I'm a hands-on learner," he said. "I like to go out to the farm, do stuff with the equipment or animals, and then be able to talk to someone face-to-face about it."

Fulfilling a Childhood Dream
